Boulder Dushanbe Teahouse | Boulder

Let’s kick it off with a Boulder staple – the Boulder Dushanbe Teahouse. Not only is the restaurant a beautiful and historical site, but it’s home to some incredible breakfast food. 

The Boulder Dushanbe Teahouse features quite the international brunch menu with dishes ranging from American Breakfast to Indian Dosa and a Greek egg scramble. You also can’t pay a visit here without enjoying a cup of tea. With over 70 options, you’re bound to find, well, your cup of tea!

Waterloo | Louisville

Up next is Louisville’s very own Waterloo. Located right on Main Street, Waterloo offers a fun atmosphere with great food, drinks, and music — and all on their beautiful, outdoor rooftop patio. 

Their brunch is offered every Sunday from 11 am to 2 pm featuring Texas-inspired dishes. You’ll definitely want to prepare for a boozy brunch with drinks ranging from their “Corpse Reviver,” “Rosé Paloma” and classic “Bloody Mary.”

Not drinking at brunch? No problem! With biscuits and gravy, chicken fried steak, avocado toast, bananas foster french toast, and classic breakfast tacos, you’ll find something that hits the spot (while paying tribute to Johnny Cash).

Oskar Blues | Longmont

Live music, craft beer, and an outdoor patio. What else could you ask for? Welcome to Oskar Blues. With four locations across Colorado, Longmont is lucky to be the Boulder County location for this fooderie. 

Although Oskar Blues veers more toward lunch than brunch, the patio made the cut. They’re open Sunday-Thursday, 11:30 am to 9 pm and Friday-Saturday, 11:30 am – 11:00 pm. They’re newly renovated and excited to show off the space —  no need for a reservation!

Morning Glory | Lafayette

If you have any allergies or specific dietary preferences, Morning Glory in Lafayette may be the place for you. Situated right next to Indian Peaks, the restaurant offers outdoor seating on its back patio away from street noise. 

With gluten-free options, vegetarian plates, and plenty of vegan and dairy-free substitutions available, you’ll find just what you’re looking for. The restaurant is also known for its inviting hospitality, so you’ll feel right at home.

Wondervu Cafe | Peak-To-Peak

Last but certainly not least is Wondervu Cafe in Golden, Colorado. This health-conscious Mexican-style restaurant is in Coal Creek Canyon, in the mountains of Boulder County, and features scenic views of the surrounding area. 

Wondervu boasts great views, cool breezes, and great Mexican taste at 8888 feet above sea level. Not to mention their breakfast menu, which is quite extensive featuring all the breakfast burritos you could possibly ask for.
