Wundervue Partner Shop Terms

1. Perk Details

Wundervue, LLC (Wundervue) partners with local business (Partner Shops) to offer perks (discounts) to Wundervue subscriber members. Wundervue and Shops offer two types of perks: Standard Perks and Premium Perks.

Standard Perks are foundational perks that can be offered for a minimum of three calendar months and on a consistent basis. Standard Perks are slightly higher than current discounts offered to top loyalty members, but are not deep discounts that are reserved for slow sale times to be larger incentives to drive in more customers.

Premium Perks are the deep discounts reserved for slow sale times or times where the Partner Shop is looking to greatly increase customers for their business. Premium perks can be offered for a minimum of one calendar month.

Both Standard Perks and Premium Perks have specific redemption timeframes: always, weekly, or monthly. Each perk will be specified as to whether they can be redeemed anytime (always), once per calendar week, or once per calendar month.

Partner Shop agrees that the perk offered on Wundervue is exclusive or is at least equal to the best offer currently available to the general public via other third-party platforms.

Partner Shop agrees that no additional purchase, ‘minimum spend,’ or hidden fees are required to redeem a Wundervue perk unless explicitly stated in the approved Perk Description. Partner shall not implement ‘service fees’ or ‘surcharges’ specifically for Wundervue redemptions. Any changes to the perk’s terms must be submitted to Wundervue in writing 30 days prior to taking effect.

Partner Shop agrees to provide Wundervue Subscriber Members with the same quality of goods, services, and hospitality as a full-paying customer. Discrimination in service level, seating, or availability based on Wundervue membership status is strictly prohibited.

Partner is encouraged to remind members that tips should be based on the pre-discounted total of the bill.

2. Perks Redemption

Partner Shop agrees to notify all employees of the Wundervue Perks Program and redemption process. Wundervue recommends communicating to all Partner Shop employees at least once per month about the Wundervue Perks Program and any changes to the program.

Partner Shop agrees to designate a ‘Wundervue Lead’ (Manager) at each location. Partner Shop is responsible for ensuring that 100% of front-of-house staff are trained on the redemption process. Failure of staff to honor a valid perk due to lack of training constitutes a material breach of these terms.

Partner Shops must include each Wundervue Perk as a dedicated discount within their POS and/or checkout system for easy redemption and perk tracking.

3. Perks Terms and Termination

Partner Shops may ask Wundervue to have a perk expire on the last day of a calendar month that is approved based on the specific required timeframe for each type of perk. Expiring perks will stop being purchasable from the Wundervue site at 11:59pm MT on the last day of that calendar month.

Upon the decision to terminate the a perk, Partner Shop must provide 14 days’ notice and must continue to honor all redemptions for any perks already ‘purchased’ or ‘held’ by members prior to the termination date.

4. Giveaways

Partner Shop may give Wundervue free materials to use as giveaways to Wundervue Subscriber Members including but not limited to gift cards, vouchers, passes, merchandise, food, drink, and tickets.

5. Media Assets Terms, Marketing, & Intellectual Property Rights

Partner Shop grants Wundervue a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use Partner Shop’s name, logo, and photos of their location/products for marketing on the Wundervue website, social media accounts, and Discord. By agreeing to these terms, Partner Shop grants Wundervue a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use any and all of Partner Shop’s photos, videos, text, and assets from the Partner Shop’s website and social media accounts.

Wundervue, LLC’s Media Assets Terms and Standard Purposes:

  • Publication anywhere on the Wundervue, LLC’s owned website(s).
  • Publication on Wundervue, LLC’s social media platforms.
  • All digital promotional materials/advertising.
  • If any legal demands arise from granting Wundervue, LLC permissions to any photos and/or videos, Wundervue, LLC reserves the right to remove all media assets from their digital platforms without further legal action.

6. Data Privacy & Non-Solicitation

Partner shall not use any customer data obtained through the Wundervue redemption process to solicit members for competing loyalty programs or private offers that bypass the Wundervue marketplace for a period of 12 months following the redemption.

7. Limitation of Liability & Indemnification

Wundervue is a marketplace for discovery only. Partner Shop assumes all liability for the quality, safety, and delivery of the perk. Partner Shop agrees to indemnify and hold Wundervue harmless from any claims arising from the customer’s physical visit to the Partner Shop’s place of business.

8. “Force Majeure” & Temporary Closures

In the event of a temporary closure (renovations, private buyouts, or emergencies), Partner Shop must notify Wundervue via email or Discord at least 24 hours in advance. If a member is turned away during an unannounced closure, Partner Shop agrees to provide a ‘Makeup Voucher’ of equal or greater value to that member directly.

9. Policy Changes and Questions

Wundervue reserves the right to change this policy at any time. Please check this page periodically for changes. (The most recent change was made on February 7th, 2026.)
