Blackbelly Market

Blackbelly is a restaurant, event space, and meat market packed into one location. You can swing by any weekday from 7 a.m. – 9 a.m. for a delicious breakfast, lunch, or dinner and grab some meat for tomorrow’s meals on your way out. Uhl’s Brewing Company

Every Colorado neighborhood needs a local brewery, and Uhl’s Brewing Company is the spot for East Boulder residents. Uhl’s focuses on pushing the limits of flavor and exposing your tastebuds to unique combinations with their ales, stouts, and barrel-aged varietals. Swing by on Wednesday – Thursday from 3 p.m. – 8 p.m., Friday – Saturday from 12 p.m. – 9 p.m., and Sundays from 12 p.m. – 7 p.m. for a refreshing brew. Uhl’s serves Rocky Mountain Pizza on-site, or you can order delivery from local spots like Blackbelly, Snarf’s Sandwiches, Pica’s Taqueria, or Le Frigo.
You can order beer online from Uhl’s by the can and bottle and keep up with them on Instagram.
Vapor Distillery

Vapor Distillery is home to Boulder Spirits, a household name in the world of American Whiskey. Scotsman Alistair Brogman knows a thing or two about whiskey, and he and his team have moved into the craft American whiskey scene with their award-winning spirits. From deep, flavorful whiskey to light, tasty gin, Boulder Spirits is East Boulder’s claim to fame in the liquor-distilling world.
The tasting room is open from 12 p.m. – 6 p.m. Monday – Saturday and 12 p.m. – 4 p.m. on Sundays for private tours and tastings. You can also choose from their online store for single-bottle spirits and carry-out cocktails. Follow them on Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter.
Locust Cider Boulder

Locust Cider is not your average cidery. Founded in Washington in 2015 by brothers Jason and Patrick Spears, they respect cider tradition, but aren’t afraid to get crazy, as long as it is with real ingredients and no flavoring or artificial sweeteners. With flavors like Mojito, Peach Ginger, Honey Pear, and Dark Cherry, it won’t be hard to have you saying “Hell yeah, that’s amazing!”
Their taprooms are also their testing grounds for new and exciting cider flavors, so you never know what you’re going to get. The Boulder location even has wine cans if you’re not feeling cider.
The taproom is open Thursday and Friday 2 p.m. – 7 p.m., Saturday 12 p.m. – 7 p.m., and Sunday 12 p.m. – 6 p.m. You can order online for pickup and follow them on Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter.
